The Ocean Diver training usually starts around January with the Theory Lessons being held on Tuesday nights in Elmwood College and the pool training happening straight afterwards in Cupar Swimming pool.

When the Classroom and Theory Lessons have finished, its into the water. This usually happens at the begining of April. There are several skills to go through but when they are done its time to go diving!
